JSB recognised for excellence in real estate sector at 13th REALTY+ Conclave & Excellence Awards | EAST 2021
The year 2021 has begun with a big bang for JSB Infrastructures, as we bagged not just one but three prestigious awards at 13th REALTY+ Conclave & Excellence Awards | EAST 2021. This award comes as due recognition of our contribution to the real estate sector in Upper Assam.
Over the past few years, we have been associated with numerous successful projects which have been completed and delivered to the client within the proposed timeline. JSB as a brand is evolving as one of the most trusted names in the Northeast real estate sector by building innovative habitats comparable with the world standards.
As recognition to JSB’s performance, the 13th REALTY+ Conclave & Excellence Awards presented the award us the Developer of the Year – Residential (Non-Metro) | EAST 2021. There could not have been a more opportune time for receiving this award, as we have already launched our new projects for the year 2021. This recognition seems fitting especially because JSB is all set to seize the real estate market of Upper Assam with three residential projects, one in Tinsukia and two in Dibrugarh. JSB Spring Field at Tinsukia is by far our most ambitious project which will offer one of the largest community-living experience to the home buyers with 192 units in Upper Assam adorned with world class facilities like Swimming Pool, Half Basketball court, Net Cricket, Landscape Garden and many more.
The success saga of JSB became more interesting when we further bagged a second award for Budget Housing Project of the Year, for our project JSB Angan at Dibrugarh in the non-metro category. Highlighting JSB’s mission to offer affordable housing, the managing partner Nikunj Harlalka, expressed his excitement in the following words-

It must be mentioned that the upcoming JSB projects are also empaneled under PMAY (urban) scheme which seeks to offer affordable housing to home buyers.
JSB also won the third award for Emerging Developer of the Year in the Non-Metro cities. Over the years, it has been associated with Eight successful projects which were delivered in a time-bound manner to the home buyers. We have reached out to over 600 happy families helping them discover their dream homes in the past 10 years. At the same time, we have remained committed to our vision of delivering quality living experiences with true transparency that aims 100% customer satisfaction.
About the Award
The 13th REALTY+ Conclave & Excellence Awards were announced in a virtual event held on the 23rd of April, which was attended by leading industry experts. The evening engrossed the participants with an insightful conversation on topical issues of real estate. The discussions were followed by the Realty+ Excellence Awards 2021 East with award winners coming live on digital platform to receive the prestigious award.
The awards were decided by a panel of 12 experts. The jury that presented the award consisted of N. G. Khaitan from Khaitan & Co., Taha Ansari from Colliers and Biplab Kanti Sengupta from Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur. Winners were declared in 34 different categories from across the country.
